What are expected shipping and delivery times?
All orders are processed and shipped out of the warehouse within 3 business days. Depending on which shipping option you select, it will take another 3-7 days for the shipment to arrive at your address.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed, modifications or cancellations are not technically possible. For assistance, please contact our customer service team at hi@tokinjew.com. We will do our best to assist but reserve the right deny requests for returns or adjustments.
