Tokin Jew accessories are intended for adults 21+. By entering our site, you confirm you are of legal age in your state and you agree to our terms. By placing an order, you confirm you are 21+ and allowed to purchase these products in your state.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over 100 dollars. Shipping rates vary based on destination.
Orders are fulfilled from our Denver warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. Transit times depend on the carrier and location. During holidays and peak periods, shipping speeds may be slower than usual.
Accessories ship discreetly, and certain orders may ship in multiple packages.
We offer expedited shipping on select orders. Expedited delivery is not guaranteed by carriers and may vary based on location and season.
We ship accessories across the United States and to Canada.
Order Issues
We strongly recommend adding Corso Package Protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you did not purchase Corso coverage, we can only assist with product issues that are broken or damaged. Photos are required for support.
If you were shipped an incorrect item or received damaged goods, reach out to us immediately with photos of the item and the shipping label. We will fix it as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
All shipping labels are generated automatically using the address you enter at checkout. Please double check your address before completing your order. If you contact us during business hours before your order has been processed, we may be able to help. Orders placed outside business hours may ship automatically and cannot be changed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you may be responsible for the reship fee.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only for manufacturer defects or damaged products. That said, we are reasonable people. If something is wrong, reach out and we will do our best to help.
